28-aug-2007: As promised, we found some friends willing to screen the Uchronia movie
during the Burning Man 2007 event. Not sure exactly when it will be played on site,
but they'll probably do it a couple times. Make sure you don't miss it!

16-jul-2007: What is your holiday project? Heading for Burning Man 2007? Some of
us are and they are taking the Uchronia movie with them. We are working on it to
have the movie displayed at the festival, so cross your fingers. Not going to Burning
Man, don’t worry. A DVD version with some extra content will be available on this
site by the end of august.
In the meantime we keep on working to start providing you with new community content
on a regular base. Two new items will start half August. First, we'll present new
Moby project pages that will let you follow the evolution of the project and are
updated on a weekly base. Secondly, on a monthly base, we’ll start presenting people
that inspire us. The first person we ask about his passions is Sem Schanzer (l’Anverre).
For our members a
new downloads page
has been created that will give you access to free Uchronia goodies. Currently,
some Uchronia wallpapers have been made available for you to download. So get that
wallpaper on your desktop and let them know you support the creative economy.

In the summer of 2006 we’ve build Uchronia at the Burning Man festival in Black
Rock City Nevada. After the book "Message out Of the Future", we now have
presented the Uchronia movie for the first time.
The movie tells the story of the building and burning of the Uchronia time machine,
the gigantic wooden construction, in the harsh conditions of the Nevada desert.
It tells the story of a group of people working together and sharing a vision of
a new economy.
The burning of Uchronia was not the end. It was the beginning of this community
where you are invited to leave the beaten paths and make a start with an open innovation
economy. Do you share our passions and like to see the movie? We’ll be posting more
information [?bm7] in a couple of days.
